Busy, Busy, Busy!

We've been very busy lately, I've not updated the blog in a while.
Spring has arrived, the weather is beautiful, things are starting to green up on the farm.
Temps have still been in 30's in the mornings, we had frost yesterday and a few days last week.
We have a pair of nesting mallard ducks in our wildlife pond. Last night we were outside and saw a couple of bats flying about. There are geese around also, we see them flying and hear them honking. Deer are spotted regularly on the farm. I have worked on the horse pasture and am developing some wildlife food plots. I worked the garden area with the tractor earlier this week, we are looking forward to lot's of gardening fun this year, if we can manage to keep the critters out. We bought a dozen baby chicks, one did not survive, we now have 11 that we are presently raising.
